Terms

Terms.

  • 3 month minimum commitment on all tiers. Month to month after the initial term.
  • Invoice due on the 1st of each month. Net 7.
  • 30 day written notice required to cancel after the minimum term.
  • 2 rounds of revisions included per episode. Additional rounds billed at $75 per hour.
  • Shoot overages billed at $150 per 30 minutes beyond the session window.
  • All final files delivered via shared Dropbox folder within the agreed turnaround window.
  • You own 100% of all content produced. MNDSHFT NTWRK retains the right to use content as portfolio material unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Premier tier only: premium podcast studio access is included. Studio location confirmed before your first shoot date.
